Roulet from puff pastry with sausage

Tasty dinner for two! Fast and simple, try it! While our baby sits on bottles with a mixture, I cook for two (as romantic). Here is one of my culinary delights – a roulet of puff pastry. The recipe is not complicated and quite modest, so you can even try novice hostesses. And one more thing: if you have a larger family, double the ingredients and bake a couple of rolls to be enough for everyone.

Puff dough – 250 gr, boiled sausage – 100 g, hard cheese – 70 grams, eggs – 1 pc.
