Kuraga and prunes compote

A very tasty, healthy and nutritious drink for the whole family. Compote is one of the few drinks that combine the great taste, benefit, and nutrition. The first compote is allowed to introduce into complementary foods to young children, it is served for dinner in hospitals, schools and kindergartens. And this drink is prepared very simple, it is enough to purchase dried fruits – prunes and dried apricots.

Kuraga – 200 grams, prunes – 200 grams, sugar – 150 g, citric acid – 3 g, water – 1.5 liters

In the meantime, in the pan, we bring the water to a boil and dissolve sugar in it. step 3. We put dried fruits in the boiled water and cook for about 15 minutes .
